I am very flexible in meeting with clients.  I understand that you don't have all day available to meet with me as you have to work, have family obligations, etc.  I am more than happy to work out schedules to meet in during the day but also evenings and weekends. I will even schedule meetings outside of my office at other locations closer to you, or even come to your residence to meet with you.  I believe that your time is just as important as my time.

Attorneys are trained and experienced in handling legal matters.  Not all options or consequences are readily apparent to those not trained in law.  An attorney will make sure it is done right and completely covered the first time, not in pieces as you fumble through it yourself trying to figure it out.  An attorney will save you time and frustration, and potentially money in the long term. Hiring me to guide you can prevent missteps that can cost you in unexpected ways. 

You cannot have answers if you don't know the questions you need to ask.  Most forms are very basic and general, covering only the bare minimum of topics to meet the qualifications under the law and therefore leave topics untouched.  Having an attorney prepare the documents you need will ensure the documents meet your needs in being more expansive and more detailed, Hiring me as your attorney to do the work ensures that you do not miss important topics that those "forms" never mention or are failed to be thought about when you are completing the documents.  

Attorneys are business people and are typically willing to work with clients on fees and payments.  I will work with you to make representation as affordable as possible. Payment plans are worked out on an individual basis to make if possible for you to afford legal services. 

 Attorneys typically do not post or publish their fees.  Different cases have different fees and costs.  Some cases can be handled for a flat fee where others are charged an hourly rate.  And the rate for one person can be different for another person based on the complexity of the actual case.  Any time you hire me, you will receive a written fee agreement outlining what the fees will be and will be invoiced monthly so you know where your account stands with me.  I will not surprise you with a big bill at the end of your case.
